McFate Support Services Inc. (“McFate-Inc”) was formed in March of 2017.  Our charter formalizes the company goals as providing world-class technical support for the installed IOtech® customer base and assisting new customers in becoming expert in the use and application of IOtech® tools.


McFate-Inc stands ready to assist you in all aspects of IOtech® Vibration products, from getting connected and initial configuration, to addressing your most challenging monitoring application.  Dave joined IOtech® in 2005 and has served as the primary support resource for the vibration products through National Instruments (“NI”) since the products were absorbed in 2010.

Through a unique arrangement, McFate-Inc has been granted non-exclusive rights to utilize the IOtech® Trademark and other product identifiers to promote continuing professional services for the user community.  McFate-Inc is also pleased to serve as an NI Partner company and authorized sales channel for IOtech® Vibration hardware and eZ-Series Software products as a Value Added Reseller (VAR).  This collaborative effort remains focused on the success of our mutual customers.

Advanced support, customer training, application assistance and professional consulting services will be contracted through McFate-Inc.  Customers choosing to purchase IOtech® products and systems though McFate-Inc will enjoy the benefit of advanced support services during warranty, including unlimited email and phone consultation at no cost.  Hardware warranty will be managed by National Instruments.

Unlimited Phone Support:

Nothing provides more confidence than knowing knowledgeable technical support is always available.  A phone consultation provided immediate access to answers that might take several email exchanges over the course of multiple days to resolve.  Providing this support, and these real-time answers, is the mission of McFate Support Services.  Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST, however our phone is rarely un-monitored.

Contracted On-site Support:

The most mutually beneficial service provided by McFate-Inc is being privileged to work with, and learn from, our customers.  To encourage this dialog, our on-site rates are kept as low as practicable.

Formal and informal training:

Our training professionals will work with your organization to develop a hands-on training session that will thoroughly educate your staff in the capabilities, operation, and application of IOtech® hardware and software products.  Each session is customized to address the specific goals and requirements of your organization.

Excluded Services:

McFate-Inc does not provide vibration analysis services nor offer diagnostic decisions on customer data.  No diagnosis or evaluation of customer equipment condition or machinery health is expressed or implied.  No liability is accepted for user decisions pertaining to machinery health or condition.
